The hotel we stayed at had a culinary delight that truly stood out during our visit. We were recommended to try the Welsh beef dish served in mini Yorkshire puddings garnished with horseradish, and it did not disappoint. the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the beef was cooked to perfection. All main courses came with three fresh vegetables of the day, adding a touch of freshness to our meal. the two styles of potatoes served with the main courses were also a unique touch that we appreciated. The restaurant's ambiance was cozy and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing meal. the staff was attentive and knowledgeable, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel's culinary innovation and attention to detail left a lasting impression on us. We would highly recommend trying out the dishes at this hotel's restaurant for a memorable dining experience.
